I have found Lotto Buster to be superb. It is amazing how it does so many things and it was so low priced. I have used it since 2002. I am from Ohio and I put all of the evening pick-3 results in it. Remember that guy in Illinois, Jeff, the jackpot winner? He was using Lotto Cheatah picks back when there was no depth finder, charts or gauges. Lotto Cheatah was totally manual then and there wasn't much info to base a winning strategy on. The best one could really do was just sit in one spot and wait for the big one to come along; a fishing hole strategy. But what fishing hole to choose? You all know me for my belief that *all* lottery prizes should either be paid in lump sum, or have a cash option. But I do have strong opinions on other lottery issues. Here in NY state, in which I have lived all of my 41 years, we have a lottery game that, in its various norms, is the longest running "lotto" game in the US (it began in 1978 as a 6/40 game, two plays for $1.) It's biggest problem is that the regulations still dictate that a maximum of 40 of sales be returned in the norm...

lotto purchases today
well i checked my washington lotto and it was a loser. sadly it breaks a little streak i got going with the washington lotto. i have won on my last 2 tickets for the washington lotto on the multidraw. so maybe back to my losing ways on the washington lotto? i went and got me another washington lotto multidraw ticket. i kept it down to a 1 dollar 10 draw ticket. i don't have the money to play a quick pick along with my picks. i got a call from my cousin out of the blue....

If you have a System that can Win the lotto or the Pick3/4...
