This is the 'pair system' that I was talking about.
In China, they have 2 Lottery company. I don't know why, but they do. Anyway, they have a pick 3 game called '3D' which is drawn in the evening. The other company also has a 'pick 3' game with the same payouts. There is only one draw. I usually only play the '3D' game. Why? Because it ain't no joke, yes I'm broke! I just don't have the money to play twice unless this 'system' starts giving me hits. Anyway, it costs 2 RMB. The Ren Ming Bi is also called 'Yuan' (it's the same thing)....
