Quick picks 821 hit the pick 4 first
This my theory, and I m sticking to it. If I get a quick pick, several times, for the pick 3, it normally hit the pick 4 first. So, over the weekend, I got, 821, 265, then, got several phone calls, and text, my quick pick, 128, 218, 182.
