I read this on Ion Saliu's site and just had to put it in my blog.. As promised, here is the strategy applied to the pick-3 and pick-4 games. The normula says that 50 of the 3 digits (1 or 2 digits) of the pick3 game will come out within 1 drawing, that is, they are repeats from the preceding drawing.
