I felt this way for a very good while now...Why don't they offer a: $500,000 dollar reward per school to whoever is the number 1 honor student of that school, and 200,000 for the second prize and 100,000 for the third prize... And in high school you offer 1 million dollars reward for the number 1 honor student of the entire school.. This is where free lotto money's could go...Again you don't want to believe me that there is not enough free lottos out there......

10/6/07 After reading the post at (LP Lottery Systems Wheel Generator 1.5) I decided to convert the code I had written in an Access database that generates all possible combinations of 5 draws from a pool of 15 numbers (or any N of X). The migration, which started last Saturday, would be to newer technology and a more powerful database engine: SQL Server 2005. VB.NET would fill in as the programming language when it was quicker...
