Best City For Lottery Fans
i hope they would get it because that would be extra places to play.mississippi would have a hard time because the churches and casinos would join together to block it.i could actually see arkansas getting a lottery sometime in the next few years though.especially after oklahoma starts up and arkansas people start going there a lot.....

If playing the lottery is important, one could always live in a town on or very near the borders of either Louisiana or Tennessee, both lottery states. There's a town in northern Mississippi called Horn Lake which has become a suburb of Memphis. If you wanted low taxes, a lottery, and a large city close by, this could be th

Changes in New Kidcon
ok, i'm trying to understand this. The powerball jackpot is a $500k/year 26 year annuity? Sounds good to me!You would have to be crazy not to take the annuity on Cash 90. Even CASH only would have to.Me and my best friend made up a state once. It would be that island in the middle of the Mississippi River between Memphis, TN and West Memphis, AR. We named it Tity Bar.Where would NK be located?

Tennessee Powerball
Keep in mind, at least two states that I know of, that border Tennessee, which will probably pump a lot of cash into Tennessee. Alabama Mississippi. Both being (I think) the two poorest states in the U.S. And just because people cant afford to play, doesn't mean they wont. They still dream the dream. I'll be chippin' in on some Tennessean's education.

Minimum age to purchase lottery tickets
An 18-year-old living in the San Francisco Bay Area can buy tickets in their home state. However, if s/he were to take a cross-country drive on Interstate 80, assuming the trip did not involve other states, s/he would NOT be able to play the lottery again until s/he cross the Mississippi River (NV-UT-WY, no lottery; NE, minimum age 19; IA, minimum 21.Illinois allows 18-year-olds to buy tickets. S/he would not be able to play PB until reaching Indiana.

Poll: Best music to "lotto" by
Good topic CT. Easy one too, though I had to choose other. You left out the two best gamblin' jams. 1) Ramblin' Gamblin' Man by The Bob Seeger System 2) Mississippi Queen by Mountain I love them songs. They go real good with Jack too. Funny thing, I had Mountain on playing Mississippi Queen when I saw your post. Maybe I should go to the Mystical Forum and get the numbers for it.
