Usually people collect used losing lottery tickets. Most people throw away losing used tickets. Some people collect unscratched tickets, especially when all the large prizes are gone. There are also sample or void tickets that I collect in particular. I'm looking to buy especially older lottery tickets from Africa from 1930s to 1970s.

He doesn't care about what Mrs.Louise White won or even that she wasn't white, he probably thinks she won because she acted white . After all he wrote when colored people win either they or their partners are too light. He probably doesn't think all Americans of color are black even if they have relatives from Africa.

What's with the British influence on litres, while visiting Africa years ago we bumped into that gasoline price per litre stuff as well. The price of gas is a little over $4.00 a gal out here in the San Francisco bay area at present plus that price is pretty steep out there in your neck of the woods. ...just saying.

Thats how whenever i hear that phrase my hands are itching the first thing that comes to my mind is somebody is going to lose some money because it is a form of anything that touches the hand-Burns it, so you quickly Drop it off your hand , like with Africa carribean where things like Spells, statues, curses witchcraft voodoo is quite common.. whenever your body language goes off in those kind of Alarms you better have a Counter for it asap! ..
