What are the most used techniques to predict lottery numbers?Reply
Likely anyone using a means to predict lottery is looking at rundowns (small ball games) or software whether paid, freebies, or their own. There aren't many other means unless you're into throwing dice, reading cards, tea leaves, interpreting dreams, or other mystic forms of prediction. Every game as it's interesting, strange, and odd elements. In Pick 3/Pick 4 you see the same numbers drawn back to back. Or we see a single number,or a pair gets stuck in the cycle and repeats several draws

I did google it, before I posted this question. The first link that came up was for this site, with a HUGE list of Pick 3 numbers. No explanation given. Other links on google were uninformative as well. I still don't know what it is.

Let's keep ot simple with an example from a pick 3 game. The history counted for each digit comes out about the same, it is a near uniform distribution. Let's say in your state, a 9 is the most frequent first number. The expectation is that you have a 10% chance of seeing that number drawn next. If you count the number of times a 9 appears in relation to the other numbers, it may be at 11%, but that means 89% of the time a 9 will NOT be drawn. For what it's worth (maybe nothing), I played Pick3 around 20 years ago before it went to 4 draws a day. I did well on it by playing 1 number to repeat (123 played previously, I would pick one digit) from the previous draw and play it with 2 others boxed for $5, sometimes $10. I hit several times, once for $400. Alas, Texas got greedy and went to 4 draws a day. I also did well on AoL. I hit for $250 on it ($50 x 5), and often won $50. Hi Gary, I use V-tracs in the Pick 3 too, except that I collapse the game even more by grouping the 0,4,5 and 9 together. Though there are significant nuances, they are more or less equal. I find that this strategy is more effective: 0 0,4,5,9 1 1,6 2 2,7 3 3,8 I've yet to feel ready to play the Jackpot Games. From fiddling with it now and then though, I see a clear path of research and play if I were to use the same grouping as indicated above for the Pick 5 and Jackpot Games.
