LOL why are you demanding links for VA and FL legal issues when you live in Missouri? The only things you need to know are what the law requires in Missouri. It'll be hard for you to have a wonderful life if people on the internet can perturb you so easily by sharing mundane facts, such as, different states have different laws regarding the creation of trusts. Been playing the Kansas Lottery since 1987. Wnen Missouri got their lottery My friends and I went to the Missouri State Line to nuy scrach offs. Bought a scratch off, took it back home 5 miles from the State Line, won $70 went back to collect my winnings. This was before Kansas had their lottery

i look at sums and longest out/overdue also i find it very helpful to look at what hit 1 week and 1 month before. that information i find very helpful in missouri. also i keep track of QP's they form patterns in missouri also. good luck

No conspiracy theories needed on Missouri
Because you shouldn't see any more winners from MO. The reason why is that every resident of this state has either won a jackpot or at least a 5+0 on MM PB except for me...I'm the odd man out. I am also afflicted by the lottery curse of Can't win so don't go expecting me to win.

Nobody introduced me to the lottery but when I found out Missouri had one my friends and I would have to go to the Missouri's State Line coz in 1986 Kansas didn't hav a lottery. I remember my first win $70 from a Missouri Baseball scratch-off. Then 1988 Kansas put in a lottery. So now I play in Kansas. have won several times in Kansas. Biggest win $100 2x from 2by2

I live in kansas ....just 5 miles from missouri line....I play missouri lottery everyday. I think they do a great job....payouts on scratchers are better I think than most states close by....kansas and oklahoma. I would have to give them an A.
