what predictor brings you the most hits?
I use my own 4 systems of analysis (bell curve, as drawn, frequency distribution and slot pattern analysis) to come up with a predictable set of numbers (usually 18). Then I'll go buy a $5 quick pick. Usually, there are 1, 2, or even 3 winning numbers on the quickpick (different lines of course) I'll cross reference these numbers with the ones I've selected. Then I'll eliminate the quickpick numbers from my selection, keeping at most 3 numbers from the quickpick. Then I'll go back to m

WON! but didn't win?
just make sure if you see a set of #'s in your sleep....WAKE UP write 'em down.... Has anyone heard of Criss Angel or seen his show Mindfreak? He went to a radio station w/ a briefcase. Inside the briefcase was a tape recorder, a manilla envelope and a bag of balls w/ #'s on them. HE wrote 4 #'s on a piece of paper and had the DJ pick 1 ball out of the bag of balls. He then put the piece of paper w/ the 4 #'s on it the ball into the manilla envelope. On the tape recorder he recorded the t

Is the Lottery (PB/MM) corrupt?
I don trust any lottery games in any part of this world. I started tracking lottery games in 1978 before computers came available to the average consumer. When computer did come available, I purchased a computer and began entering lottery data. In Nov 1997 my home was broken into and my computer and printer, scanner, where stolen. The theives knew what they were looking for, and did not bother my tvs, stereo equiptment, camcorder, check books, or other small items that theives can easily ta

I swear, Lottery retailers need training!
Unless a person has vision problems or a handicap that makes filling out a slip difficult, I don't see why the clerk should do it. I agree that many store employees are not properly trained and the reason Prisoner Six gave above is a good one. Even with experience, if you're new there's a lot to learn and customers aren't patient. But sometimes the employees are just being lazy. One time I either handed a cashier at the supermarket the same card or she ran it through twice, so I had 2 tickets wi

Simple Concept
O.K. I work for them . At last, you admit it! Consider yourself unmasked! :-) As in, I don't want them to go bankrupt so our money-well doesn't run dry. Put out one of your 100,000% payout games, and that's it, no more lottery. No Jimmy, I didn't say that. Don't confuse the issue here. Lower the odds and lower the prize amounts so that more people win which will actually increase the number of players and increase sales! It's as simple as that.Besides, it doesn't necessarily matter what

What's your story?
Well I thought I might as well toss in my two cents worth:I like the Pick 3.I have played off and on since 1990. Have gone through several different software programs. Once again they all ususally gave me too many numbers. A few years ago I set up a group of the hottest combinations for Florida. At the time I was doing something similar to what Bluegrass was doing at the time. If I remember how he said he did his, was trying to determine a hit date by digit frequency. But his list was rather la

If you had 55 tickets, how would you play
I suggest you use alpha-numeric sustitution to guide your individual number picks. And what is this? Simple. Place winning combinations in numerical order. Assign an A for all numbers between 1 and 9, B for all numbers between 10 and 19, C for all numbers from 20 to 29; D for all numbers from 30-39, E for 40-49 and F for 50-52. This gives you an alphabetical sequence. For example, the last MM winning combination and sequence was 11.17.27.45.52/BBCEF. The one before that was 13.30.36.38.51/BDDDF

Interpreting Prediction Statistics
Colin FFirst, according to Probability Formula what should one expect playing say 10 Random Selection Combinations both Straight and Boxed over 500 Draws. According to my calculation it works out to 5 Straight, 15 3-Way and 30 6-Way. (I'm a bit concerned about that 15 3-Way as I can't get anything like it running random selections.)I chose New York to do 5 Runs of 500 as outlined above each Costing $5,000.___________________________________________________________Try running your random straig
