yes I have stopped playing instant ticket games since those counties which I mentioned are are the sole large winners ....The population centers only fund those tickets sales and revenue ....if the politics of the area change ........so willl the winners ;

Clunker- your post are an amusement from the antics of real thinkers. So primarily your going into the entertainment business and plan to exploit women in the process. Try politics- it basically does the same thing and some folks actually might put your face on a coin someday! One must think of the legacy they will pass on. Having lived there also I found Hawaii to be the most racist state, far more than the south. Also politics there is close to Lousiana so you'll be waiting a long time to see a lottery there. Too many seem to hate whitey and hate the US. If lotteries seem like it's a good tax stream in the 48 then Hawaii would appose it just on principle.

Shawnintennesse- I know that there is some corruption not only in Tennessee but most likely in every state of the union. I also know there is some corruption in politics, sports, corporations, clergy, boy scouts, police departments, and God knows what else.Implying that all cops are corrupt is wrong. What you're doing is taking a group of people and putting a label on them that is not justified or deserved.

Well its obvious we could go round and round on this....at the same time I hope the opposite happens...I hope you hit the Jackpot and come back to apologize to us.....but you seem to be jumping from rigging games to where only rich people win ....all the way over to lottery commision playing games on which scratch- off tickets they play politics with.....By the way...I would prefer a deli-sub if you can smell what I'm cooking!
