why in the world does it take so long for a draw after cutof f . Probably to prevent past posting in any of the 48 PowerBall jurisdictions. Each of them has to certify none of their terminals can print PB tickets before the drawing. They won't conduct the drawing until all the jurisdictions have checked in and because that happened a couple times in the last year, some might make the cutoff time even longer. I know most of the people here are mainly concerned with winning and posting formulas, results and predictions. I have a strange feeling that we are being duped and tricked. I don't think that ML (Michigan lottery) has been playing fairly and the draws they are showing us are from a database of thousands of pre recorded drawings. I think its all rigged. My state started computer draws a year or so ago. Every week they post who won. They call it this weeks winners. Apparently no one ever wins pick 4 anymore. And all the other games seem to go in rotation. One week 7-8 Keno winners prizes range around 10k. Then the next week it will be the computer horse racing game.
