Virginia's real problem* was lost when the topic changed to how many stores people can own. *Many of the stores selling lottery tickets had skill gaming machines and apparently they profited much more than the average 5% the lottery pays. A new law made the machines illegal.

I rarely buy scratch off but when I do, it's the Five dollar tickets. I would research the ticket jackpot wins switch buying locations. Not sure if it's true but a lottery winner has a video clip where larger winning lottery scratch off tickets are never sold at same location.

What's up everyone. And happy mother's day! Is anyone in here from Maryland? I don't know if it's just me. But do there scratch offs seem to be paying out less? Before computer draws. I used to win more buying scratchers. Before when I bought tickets I would atleast recoup some of my money back. Now it seems like little to none. Is this just me? why in the world does it take so long for a draw after cutof f . Probably to prevent past posting in any of the 48 PowerBall jurisdictions. Each of them has to certify none of their terminals can print PB tickets before the drawing. They won't conduct the drawing until all the jurisdictions have checked in and because that happened a couple times in the last year, some might make the cutoff time even longer. I think its all rigged. My state started computer draws a year or so ago. Every week they post who won. They call it this weeks winners. Apparently no one ever wins pick 4 anymore. And all the other games seem to go in rotation. One week 7-8 Keno winners prizes range around 10k. Then the next week it will be the computer horse racing game.
