LOL why are you demanding links for VA and FL legal issues when you live in Missouri? The only things you need to know are what the law requires in Missouri. Most states pay out 500 and 80, a couple pay 600 and 100. Missouri is one I don't know the others. A couple others NJ and Calif are para mutual could be more though.

When first read what Todd posted got my small mouse running on the wheels Ks don't have Pick 4 yet keep asking them to add it to the system will start using Missouri pick 4. If you track your pairs FB/BP will benefit how you call your numbers How do you want to call them boxed or straights?

Once in a while a payslip reader machine will not read one of my, mostly perfectly, printed playslips... And the clerk will want to hand it back... I find it interesting that most clerks don't know that, here in Missouri, the playslip reader can read a payslip from 4 different directions... So, I ask the clerk to rotate the ticket, low and behold, the playslip gets read correctly... I even ran across a clerk that did not believe, nor would try to rotate the payslip... I had to ask for the manage
