I've written a tool that collects all the max skips (current day and history) for LDR, Root, Sums, Digits per position, VTracs, Pairs box, Pairs straight, straight pairs in position, widths, repeating digits, repeating vtracs, all boxed numbers, consecutive digits, patterns : highlow, oddeven, inout, low-medium-high, open-closed, ... Some of those stats makes you wonder, makes you really wonder...

since IL. is going to use RNG for pick 3 and 4 anyone have any advice?Reply
16 draws counting under the RNG for IL Pick4. Still no straight match on a set of numbers going back to 01/01/11....................... It is still to early to tell, but under the old system IL Pick 4 had a approx 30% hit ratio of a straight set of numbers hitting more than once. The average for a set of straight numbers hitting of more than once in a Group of 50 drawings was approx 15 out of a group of 50 drawings. To date - out of the 16 drawings under the RNG - they have not match a set of

14 draws with the RNG as of 10/07/15 with no straight set matches going back to 01/01/11. It is still to early to tell, but under the old system IL Pick 4 had a approx 30% hit ratio of a straight set of numbers hitting more than once. The average for a set of straight numbers hitting of more than once in a Group of 50 drawings was approx 15 out of a group of 50 drawings. A lot of it is entertainment, but I've taken a lot of ideas and turned them into, or deprived, programs from some part of the post. In that area, I've made it more like entertaining. Hi, statistically each digit should show itself in the draws every 3.33 draws. So that becomes its average skip. The following table shows, for each digit in each position how many times each digit has come to the draws. For Oklahoma, these are counted for a total of 1989 draws.
