If you have a lot of money and want to avoid taxes there's a lot of merit to starting a cult. Of course you'll have to call it a religion when you talk to the IRS, but it's not anything they haven't seen before.

Keep reporting this stuff. His religion seems to be his own creation and mixes Christianity with Islam, mysticism and other bizarrely random things. Let's not call it church related because it is not. I think he needs to see a mental health professional.

If it wasn't for ignorance you might know that Edessa is the name of an ancient city in Mesopotamia, as well as a current city in Greece. Spelled that way or with the extra d it's not even remotely common as a given name. Coupled with knight it seems more likely to be a username based on a misspelling of the ancient city, but what's certain is that there's absolutely no way of being sure it indicates the member's gend
