Need help with studying the lottery
I want to get better at predicting numbers. I usually play Mega and Power because I'm on the road all the time. There's no telling when I'll be in a state that has its own jackpot game. In the link CARBOB posted, Thoth did a pretty good job of explaining the limitations of benford's law in predicting lottery results. Never the less I thought the distribution their drawing results by the leading digit was interesting. I didn't remember him but a check of some of his threads showed I responded to some of his posts.

I'm assuming you are looking for jackpot games. As for searching for drawing results all the way back, go to quick links on the left, click on lottery results, scroll down to top 10 current jackpots, click on your game, then on the dropdown, click on past drawing results. It will give you the numbers for every drawing. As for software, I'm sorry, but I don't know of any. However, I'm sure someone else here will be able to help you.
