I never heard of any software that could guarantee net wins. You really don't need software to do that, just play every possible combination or a wheel that contain one of the smallest paying combination in every possible combinations. In a 649 game that can be done with an abbreviated wheel of 163 lines that guarantees a match three which I've seen posted on several websites. Minimum Number of Drawings for a Game.
I have a question. The state of Massachusetts is ending the Cash WinFall game in March. In its place will be the new Lucky for Life game. What I want to know is this: In using lottery software, what is generally the minimum number of drawings needed for a software program to be able to carry out a statisical / probability analysis of a game. Get out the map use as is. Massachusetts Oregon do not have a pick 3. To work in the pick 4 that requires more tracking of pick 4 #s. Perhaps track what other #s come out when the GEM$ appear those would be followers. In the future you should post the link to the thread from where you found the 8 money making gems. This will serve as a point of reference.

Hello Massachusetts and Welcome Aboard the LP! I determine a hot number as one that has shown up 3 or more times within the last few draws. This is where it can get tricky because the way I've seen it,once a number hits 3 times it can go either way,that is, keep on going for maybe 2 or 3 more times or go dead cold. We are already doing this, except instead of concentrating on a state, I am visualizing what I will be writing on my blank paper the following day when I check the results.
