You are so off the mark with this post, it isn't funny. I attend the lottery draws here in Ontario and actually got hands on with the draw itself...got to unload the lottery machine after the draw one night as one of the officials asked me to help him out since I had been there often. In my area tristate nh, me,vt,... which i believe is rigged...it works in bunches sometime it goes real good and other times it just wont go... but yes it does work. i guess its a percentage thing...as i said when its going it goes good sometimes the whole month is a washout... i really beleive my area is rigged..one time i spoke to the lottery lady and she admitted (by accident) yes they knew by looking at the computer prior to the drawing which numbers were played heavy...they take sometime

Amen bobby. I get weary with the a-holes who keep saying PB and MM are rigged. Odds of hundreds of millions to one, and they're rigged??? With odds like those, they don't HAVE to rig them. And forget about predicting, except for blind luck, period.

It would be very easy for Statisticians to tell if this was the case, unless they rigged it in such a way that nothing would appear abnormal - in which case, it would basically be statistically random. I see your point - which is why I generally trust a ball draw more than a RNG, but a ball draw can be rigged as well. Well, PeerGynt, do you believe the game is ,basically, rigged ,simply, because it's an algorithm? But, the questions you're asking seem to be related to the algorithm and how pseudorandom number generators work. My advice then is to research this and see where it might lead.
