All I know is this - if the next pick 3 combo drawn in any state is not a double, at least one or more of these pairs Will Be In The Next Winning Number. Every Time! If you have a good key digit system to go along with these 20 pairs, and you play on line at places like Bet Any Sports etc, you can make some money with these pairs. Not much. A little at a time. Play 25 cents each. If you're still looking for that golden ticket only one combination winner for every drawing , good luck!

This strategy works 90% of the time . Mostly for states with one drawing per day in Pick 4 . This strategy will be about creating some pairs for Pick 3 using Pick 4. The pair usually comes out withing five days max . For states with one drawing per day in Pick 3 the results will take longer days .
