First of all people if you're one of those who buys tickets for a lottery pool that you are running you buy those tickets (lottery pool) at one store and always they are to be QP's!
Second you buy your personal tickets at another store and always buy your tickets at that store as long as you buy tickets for the lottery pool!!!! Never buy your tickets at the same store you purchase the lottery pool tickets at, NEVER . And if at all possible you yourself never buy QP's as your personal tickets

And this is the prime reason to NEVER buy any tickets for yourself at the same place as you made the purchase for the lottery pool!
You as the person running the lottery pool ALWAYS purchase your personal tickets at another retailer 10 minutes after the purchase for the lottery pool! And you NEVER buy the same number of tickets as the lottery pool!

That's the old scam of coming up with money to join a lottery pool after it wins. A person who wanted to play in the winning lottery pool always has an excuse for not actually paying to be in the pool and think that excuse should entitle them to share the winnings.
