Ct 's lotto only goes up 100,000 at a time....It takes weeks or sometimes months on end to get to a nice jackpot size..I travel to Connecticut evey weekenk from City Island in the bronx to play powerball..by the way .powerball is what keeps the Connecticut Lottery running...So i would work on fixxing Ct's Classic Lotto first before moveing on to a keno game...And by the way ........Connecticut is a very beautfull state
