I am intrigued about these lottery courier services. Who uses them? The only other time I have heard of them was when an Iraqi citizen used one and won an Oregon lottery. Based on this article, could someone use one of this services if they wanted to purchase tickets in a state where one is allowed to be anonymous? Are these services for state lotteries only or for Powerball and MegaMillions too?

Talk about LUCK! WOW congrats! I actually just moved from Portland Or to Texas and have bought tickets at that Plaid Pantry! I wonder if the ticket was bought by the lotter since they buy tickets in Oregon and may have access to their own dedicated machines, which maybe why the location of the store hasn't been revealed.

Yeah they're pretty bad. I got a survey a few months ago asking if I'd miss 5 Star Draw. I replied that I'd cheer if it went away. So hopefully they will come up with something better that's not a $5 ticket like 5 Star is. I drive over to Oregon every couple of months to get Powerball tickets for $2, and buy their Megabucks if the jackpot is getting high. I never win more than a free ticket on that one.

Has a jackpot winner ever been sold in Oregon? I would like to see my neighbor state Mississippi get one since they've only been in the lottery for a couple of years and they haven't hit a jackpot yet.
