Two workers in lottery pool sue over $118 million ticket
I wouldn't be in any sized lottery pool ever again [I wasn't even told how much small prize monies won were being rolled-over into purchasing additional draw lines each week]! However, for those that are in, or considering entry into, a lottery pool -- make sure that the proposed leader of your lottery pool is a fair person (this is difficult, since they'd rarely be more than a mere acquaintance)!

Beware of sharks swimming in your office lottery pool
Linda Sebastian enjoys her job , but she knows exactly what would happen if the members of her office lottery pool hit their numbers and won Wednesday's record $500 million Powerball jackpot. My group, we'd wipe our whole floor out, she laughed. There'd be nobody left in the office. Even her boss is a member of the pool. I tease him all the time, she said. I say, 'I'll meet you at the lottery headquarters.' But if you join an office lottery pool, you may want to consult a lawyer firs

Ohio man sues for share of $99M lottery jackpot
Everyone in that lottery pool should feel very blessed to win this amount of money and it is obvious lottery karma played on part because the minute you don't play for whatever reason, is the very day you win big. In my opinion, he should be able to share in the jackpot and receive the $2 million. I hope the courts will give it to him because I don't understand why they contributed for one of the other lottery players who missed playing and not for him. It doesn't sound very fair, if this was on

Texas Lottery introduces $50 scratch ticket
Sounds like these lottery tickets would be excellent candidates for a lottery pool investment. It's not unusual for players to form a lottery pool to buy $50 worth of lottery tickets.
