A printing glitch on tickets for a scratch-off lottery game has prompted a recall of 300 tickets, Connecticut lottery officials said Friday.Printing omissions were discovered on a Tropical Fun $10 scratch-game ticket by a customer. Connecticut lottery officials were investigating why two lottery balls failed to drop during a drawing.
