Its my understanding that this sara person was under the condition to not reveal anything. NDA clause , etc. No where did it say John had to keep his trap shut. Clearly he told his gf and possibly his Dad. Unsure a statement is a contract when speaking with his father. Oral contracts are hard to prove in court.
