Some new results on some old techniques.
New Mexico 7-6-13. X of 0 and 1 sums is 4,1,3,4,6. Or 1,3,4,6 in order with positive/negative mirrors of 2,8,7,9. That only leaves out 0 or 5. But this thing is picking in AI thru AK at the bottom, 7,0,3,4 to play or look at to play. No 4 draw there either.

Excel? How often do the bottom 5 short sums produce hits?
Hey Chaz, Yes. 2 Virginia eve ldr's at 40+/40+ draws. I believe New Mexico had a 40/40 earlier this week and hit the next day when the 2nd ldr was at 40. Virignia is acting strange. If the 2nd ldr gets past 40 (41 or 42) just let it go. No telling when it will hit.

What do you use for statistical analysis?
The following is the month of December for New Mexico Pick 3 you have had 39 draws out of 52 that have had a 0,4,5,9 in the combination or 39/52 = 0.75 or 75% of the draws which is not far from the math expectation of 78.4%. NewMexico-Pick3-December-2015 So lets see what the months of November and December did. Month of November was 45 of 50. So if we add them together we get 84 of 102 draws for months of November and December that have had a 0, 4, 5, 9 in them. 84/102 = 82%. NewMexico-

What do you use for statistical analysis?
Are you using Texas for this 80% statement? It sure doesn't happen in other states such as New Mexico. These percentages seem misleading and off base. Ridiculous!

OHIO Lottery Machine was Hack using Fhhl Hacking it.
Good points Todd, but how would you implant the program? New Mexico seems to go further with their security saying.... There is no network or internet access. The system is locked into the console and stored inside a secure room with restricted access. Log-on validation is required prior to the start of the game. Once the system is powered up every keystroke is record to a secure log that cannot be altered. I'm not even sure you could run a nuclear power plant without some type networ

Why not wait? Until it's a 99 % chance.
If you look at the left side of the map you will see Birmingham AL and a little rain storm. It is moving to the right slowly toward Atlanta. The question is ..... Will it stay on course and hit Atlanta? Well.... players have a bad habit of betting toooo early and toooo often. Sometimes it feels like just a habit. Sometimes there is only a 30% chance of rain. Just like today waiting for that little rain storm. Why not wait ? Wait until its right next door? Wait until there is a 99.9 % cha

Determinism vs Randomness and Chance
Jimbo! No worries! When we get that list of of winners we can all go to Monte Carlo! We'll buy you a brand new 1998 Monte Carlo even! I don't know much about Monte Carlos but the mechanic says it is a LS 3.1 V6 with fault code P0401. Something about the EGR flow is insufficient. That means you can't take it to California, Canada, or Mexico. Hey Dude! Nice to hear you are developing a gender to go with your simulation system. Somebody in mystic fo was asking earlier if 0 was male or female.
