Tinkermen Lotto Report - General Explanation of Mathematical Discovery needed
Lottery mathematics or findings of this type within past draws is not currently known by the public or on the web, to my knowledge, or the public would change how they play based on the mathematics alone? I don't why you would think basic probability (lottery) math was unknown until 2002. I've been studying lottery games for 30+ years, and I've always been using math as it applies to lotteries. I think your misconception might come from the fact that most people who play the lottery do not

Mathematics and the Lottery

Applications of Probability and Statistics
jimmy I worked for over 20 years in a field where I had to depend on math every day not only to do my job correctly but to keep my job. Making a single mistake could have costed ten's of thousands of dollars. To compare that job to the lottery would be like comparing a rocket scientist to building sand castles on the beach. There is no math for the lottery beyond (P), so we tear up the books and apply lottery math. What is lottery math, glad you asked. Lottery math is using bits a

The lottery is about matching a specific set of numbers, not a pattern. Even though the pattern 3 evens and 3 odds is more likely to be drawn than the pattern 6 evens, the specific combination {2-3-4-15-16 + 17} is no more likely to be drawn than {12-14-16-18-20 + 22}. They both have the exact same chance of being drawn, and the exact same chance as the specific combination {1-2-3-4-5 + 6}. The lottery balls do not know what numbers are painted on them, and lack sentience to coordinate their mov

How many of you if you had the time will study Probability just for fun
I did. I was a stats/math major before dropping out. Now I'm 23, I might go back again but probably not. Lottery math is interesting but when calculating the probability of a large lottery (i.e. Powerball) it makes you not even want to play.
