Some posters mentioned state run Online lotteries so I'm wondering if anyone here signed up and plays. Four minute Keno seems to be a favorite in KY, but saw where a player won $5400 playing pick-4 Online, another won $5000 playing Lucky for Life, and there was a $20,000 winner on one the Online scratch-off type games. Several years ago I was in a Sports bar in Michigan that offered the Michigan Lottery's 4 minute Keno along with all the other online and scratch-off games. When Ohio passed the no smoking in public places law, they offered their version of 4 minute Keno to offset the lose of business to bars and restaurants. The states that will offer online betting that already have 4 minute Keno will probably allow the players to play that game online too.

My Amazing Road Trip Plus Week Nine Fantasy Picks
So last weekend we decided to take a cool road trip to see some football games around the country. I used to take 3 or 4 a fall and there aren't many cool football stadiums I haven't been to yet. Why doesn't the lottery reward players?
I've been thinking about this issue for a while, we as players should be rewarded in someway for even playing there ridiculous odds vs payouts. Retailers get 5% commision on all sales, we should also get 5% back . The more you spend the more you get back. 10% combining retailers and players. 5% is not excessive to reward players.
