I just noticed your post about tic tac toe, have you played the game lately, I played a different version at a horse track. You can have a Z U as long the numbers connect. The way the numbers fall out it pays to play corners, Xs, Zs, Us and etc.

Twenty bucks on a single set..............always strt/box. I have seen a friend of mine put a hundred bucks on a set of trips to come in, never won but what a nice payout that would be. I have also seen him drop a grand a day at the horse track, here is the killer. He is still ahead at the horses. Just won over 7,000 bucks last week, profit.

the old single action was really ran off the tri fecta from horse tracks but when the tracks didnt run they would use the stock market numbers to come up with cash 3 numbers at the close of the market and the numbers never stopped see the market only ran monday thru friday but the weekends the horses where going to run orvise versa that where the number men came in, you would place your bets with them so for ex, I played 250 would be hard to come in at the track but if your number man was playin

I think all of us agree 100%. I'm not against pre-draws, but if NCEL was 100% legit they would post the results daily as well. The only explanation that can be derived by withholding the information is that they are reducing their payout costs and eliminating the ability to track reliable and valid data. Heeel, horse tracks, Vegas and most forms of gambling list up to date odds and money wagered. Why can't all states provide up to date data right up to the draw?? They feel they would be paying o

This has happened !!! Back in the 1970's in Pennsylvania. I was working as an Industrial Engr in a large machine shop. We always had 5 or 6 bookeys in the plant. Back in those days before the lotteries were started you bet a 3 digit number with the bookey, and the winning number was based on the take in at a local horse track.
