Yesterday I had a long talk with one of my lottery agents (New Jersey!) about the bonus play. He was mentioning about how people are standing at the lottery machine for up to 45 minutes trying to get a bonus match. He mentioned the same strategy that you did Harry: playing the same numbers.In one case, a customer played 7-7-7 something like 15 times in a row, never once getting a bonus match, even for $2. So on the 16th ticket he changed numbers - and I don't even need to say what happened -

You are 100% correct EZ, there is a Method to the madness of scratch cards, especially in NC. Unlike SC, NC likes to Stage the winners so they get MAX return on scratch games. Yeah I was wondering that as well.. I looked it up a few weeks ago. Only 5 states offer online play. But only one of them I found offered Pick3 play. Illinois has to where you can play there Pick3. But you have to pay for subscription. Which is maybe $7 for a number. Basically it looked like you have to pay to play that number for 7 days. Something like that. I saw that 6 went to P4 for the 3 digit return NYL counted tonight I should have seen it coming but was focused 03 coming back An eve to eve return pair tonight.... Maybe a day to day return pair midday tomorrow?? Pen and paper time... I had more luck on scratch games today lol

Sorry all, had to say what many have been thinking this week for sure! NCEL is still nothing more than a bunch of rigged crooks!! Wow! When I called the IRS they told me the scratch offs are loser gambling tickets so they can be used but you can't use the retired game ones after the retirement date. The scratch offs games can only be used when the game is active. There is a list on the NYS Lottery site that tells when a particular game have been retired. NYS Retired Games I guess it is who you talk to at the IRS
