Todd: Then you should be pushing Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and the other MUSL members to try it (Kentucky might not want to leave Lotto South ; California, yes, CA, is a MUSL member but I won't go into why; CA won't give up SuperLotto Plus). Remember that North Dakota is a shoo-in to join MUSL in the near future.

CASH: I e-mailed Delaware today but haven't received a response yet. Although their lotto is up over $2.7 Mil right now, so they may not feel a need to join Hot Lotto. Of course I think it has been rolling over for quite some time.

smd: I live in Westchester, just north of NYC. I would drive west on I-84 to Matamoros. I live closest to Connecticut, and (across the river from) then New Jersey. I haven't bought a PA ticket since February 1999, which was before New Jersey joined Big Game. PS- have you heard from Delaware yet?

Maryland, My Maryland ;) My aunt, in her late 80s, lives in Towson. ANYWHO, I don't think MD Lotto would be affected very much. WV already has Hot Lotto of course. Only if Pennsylvania (Delaware can also try it) replaces Super-6 with Hot Lotto can I see MD Lotto hurting. Even with MD Lotto 2 plays/$1, Hot Lotto has a better chance of winning (1:16 ?) with the smallest prize $2. MD Lotto starts at $1 million.

Delaware doesn't advertise these things too well at times and I had thought this was the first time someone had won here, but after doing some checking, I see this was the 5th time for a winner, although only after 2 years since the last.

Thats funny - I drive 15 min from MD to play Delaware numbers. But I am lucky as my work brings me there at least once a week. Nice to see something other than 8 or 9 LB. I had the 12 for the LB but that was it.
