yeah i think that would be the problem with such a system. some places like canada do extra 6 ball draws when the pot gets big, still people play up the pot , and dont all wait untill the extra balls are drawn.

True. Eastern Canada uses a 20/70 matrix for their games and Michigan has a 22/80 game. Most of the rest of North America uses the 20/80 matrix no matter how often the game is played - drawn daily or every five (or so) minutes.
