So the place I went to play this game is a small place in Delaware. I was there LAST Friday 3/18, and since the cards in Delaware do not have a box for advance play I have to ask the clerk to do it. I asked the clerk of the small liquor store i was at to play Friday to Sunday 3/18 to 3/20. Turns out he was 'substituting' for his wife who was suppose to be there and really never ran the machine. Well even though others here seem to be reporting logical reasoning for this phenomena, I don't know if I trust MUSL since the Eddie Tipton fisaco. Not here in Delaware. I just saw the packages with the new slips and they say right on them Do not put out until 1-07-2009 . A friend works at a convenience store and he showed me the boxes of the new slips and that's what they said in BIG BOLD LETTERS on the outside of the boxes and the clear wrapping around the play slips inside! Congratulations to all the winners and almosts! #62 saved the jackpot last night I would say as the various categories of winners basically doubled from the last drawing with the 4 birthday numbers. Had that 62 been 26, it would have been won. Even my little Delaware had one 4 + 1 winner last night.

I have seen the same problem. The Multi State lottery now controls it and picks the numbers with RNG. The Delaware Lottery only shows when someone wins somewhere on their site report now, but it doesn't say where the win occurred. I am intending to send in a complaint about this. I loved this game when it was a ball drawn game and won often as the lower tier prize structure is very good, but find it difficult to win since the change to RNG was made.
