Thank you all for your answers. I know that Euro Millions can be played online. But here in the U.S. online gambling is illegal. Drat!!! I hate the fact that in order to participate in the Euro Millions drawing I would have to either be a resident of one of the participating countries or rely on an online gambling site to place my bets, ect.... Bummer..... I learned quite a bit from this thread.

Well Powerball fixed their problem with a matrix change. Hopefully Mega can do the same and soon. Currently states seem to focus on the stick with outlawing online gambling but not focusing on the carrot with half decent games to bet on in the first place.

Nikki, thanks for the info. Maybe now the WI lottery will develop an online 2nd chance option like some other states already have. I emailed the lottery a couple years ago asking why they didn't offer the option of entering 2nd chance tickets directly online and was told that that would be considered online gambling which the state doesn't allow. I think the state assembly would actually have to vote to change the restriction, go figure. As it is I rarely play the 2nd chance game as that
