Budgeting When Buying Instants
i am a new player, but i won straight out of the gate so i'v got it bad. Not until my 6-7th ticket did i ever see a loser. 46 tickets later, and only down $35 on $5 jumbo's, i scratched my first $500 ticket. I personally feel that the scratch lottery offers the best odds for the type of gambling i want to do. I've played keno in casino's for years, and lost more cash than I could ever win back. Meanwhile, the jackpot on the machine for a total match is usually $1,500 or less. After playing giant

New Georgia Instant Games for 2011
OK, it is official, and you heard it here first. The well advertised and much anticipated Georgia Lottery Black is now listed for sale!!! It is a $10 ticket with overall odds of 1 in 3.27, and a top prize of $1,000,000! The average overall odds for $10 tickets in Georgia is 1 in 3.20. The best odds for a $10 ticket is 1 in 2.74 for Jingle Jumbo Bucks, and the worst is 1 in 3.36 for $150,000 Slots of Luck. It is nestled right between Millionaire Celebration with 1 in 3.28 overall odds, and Big Pa

How to win at the Georgia $20 instant game, Maximum Green
CarHauler that is really great news. I hope the 100's keep coming, you find a 'star' cartoon for a nice $500 win --- or better. I do not play one of two Tennessee $20 games very much at all (maybe 3 times a year, just buying one or 2 tickets) but I have won $100 around the first month of this year (two $50 wins on one ticket). Bought from the other roll in the machine and got $30. What happened next is exactly what the lottery wants us to do: Think we are invincible, on a roll, and unstopp

Maybe this is better than Scratchoffs: Is only a theory...
I was trying to understand your theory up until the point you claimed that there are 48 weeks in a year. At that point I poured myself a big ol' glass of Jack Daniels Whiskey and started blasting Highway To Hell on the stereo. You should see me Clog Dance to that. Clog Dancing is big in East Tennessee. It's all the rage.

Losing faith in lottery, dismayed at what I'm seeing in America
Thanks for the replies. I had typed up a good response last night and then my iPad ran out of battery. But, I've been able to wrap my head around things and actually had a couple of good plays. I left playing the $5 tickets and got a separate couple of $10 tickets and won my first $50! $20 on another game. Atnewkids, I agree with you big time and that confirms my suspicious about buying lottery in town. I live in Tennessee (but travel often and get to buy tickets elsewhere), and I'm wholly c

Narrowing down which Gas Stations sell certain Scratchoffs ...
Good Evening, I am need some help ( if it's possible to even due ), in being able to look online at any time, and find out which Gas Stations in my city , Sell specific Scratchoff Games that I'm wanting to play. This would definitely save time, as some gas stations are either sold out , OR don't sell/carry certain scratchoffs. I'm in Tennessee , if this helps in finding a way to locate the gas stations ( via online ) carry the games I am looking to play. Thanks so much

Looking for scratch players from TN
hey PATTYH ... you'll be tickeld to know that ruby red 7's in tennesse are 1 in 3.30 and the same exact game in nc has the odds set at 1 in 3.93 ... both similar games, however in nc the top prize is only 70k ... in tennessee the top prize is 77,777, as you well know. BUT, there are only 2 top prizes remaining ... in both states. It concerns me when the top prizes get low in quantity. It's possible that they ahve already been discovered and put back ... or its even possible they have been destro

TN Scratch off, Alot of winning tickets out there?
Hey, According the TN lottery website they claim that on this one scratch off there are $50,000 - 45 tickets left $500 - 16,907 tickets left $100 - 40, 264 The Lottery has more than 4,800 retail outlets across Tennessee. I believe TN just recently sent out a bunch of new tickets as for this game there wasn't many winners left. Do you imagine that the bigger stores would have the new tickets as they probably sell alot faster and the less busier stores

Do these states have the three digit validation codes?
Yes Tennessee uses them and Florida too I think. But the odd thing is I have seen one winner in TN (cant remember the game or how much) that didnt make any sense at all but i twas a winner. It was like $10 or maybe $7 (obviously not a large amount because I have never won a large amount) in Tn i have seen: TWO - 2 FTN - 15 THR - 3 But i think the others are obvious, much like the rest of the states
