I played a lot of tickets after work. I lost a little more than I would have liked but it wasn't too bad. like many of you I was getting frustrated with the scratch offs, just seemed they weren't paying like they used to then in the past month 5$frenzy-won500#12 bought 5 in row 3$twisted #25 won 3000, bought the pack 3$wild bingo (my fav I like to play ) #66 won another 3000, bought the pack twisted and bingo usually give back 170 buying the whole thing and since I like to play that's how I have been buying them and they take awhile to do,plus bingo has a lot of 30,000 out yet or peop

I use a SBA dollar for scratching, the large size and reeded edge makes quick/clean work of most scratchers. But for the bingo/crossword games, I usually don't even play them in the store. Call me boring but I just scrape the barcode and scan it. Or if I take them away to scratch later, I enter them in replay website to check them, and then only *play* it if its a winner. Getreal is right. We all do it. We chase the dream and before we know it are down a few hundred.. I am learning to spend alittle. At least when you hit $100 its a profit. Otherwise you pick up 2-$300 worth of tickets. You get $100 and not even excited cause you are still down for the day.. Don't keep track either(unless you are on a tight budget). take it day to day. You can be up for the day and maybe the week, but tough to be up for the month or the year unless you spent alittle and find a $1K

I've been pretty lucky lately with some decent winners. Sunday I lost about $80 chasing various $5 tickets and then Tuesday I bought 1 $20 Instant Millionaire (I forget the #) and won $100 on the bonus section. That was very nice to recoup Sunday's loss. Last night I bought a $10 Bling Bingo and a $10 Emerald Riches (#29). I felt compelled to buy the Emerald Riches ticket and it ended up being a $100 winner to my surprise. Last night I bought a $5 Poker ticket (#59) which lost so I bought 2 more (#58-57) and #57 won $5. I cashed that and got another 1 at a different store (was #20) and it lost. Before that I had gone to the grocery store and the machine had some kind of bill acceptor error so I couldn't buy any tickets.
