What is up with these Tx scratch off games...
The Lucky 13 scratch off games does not start until Start: 9/28/2009 yet there are already winners. Same thing with Super Wild 8's Start: 9/28/2009 and Cash Bounty Start: 10/5/2009. http://www.txlottery.org/export/sites/default/Games/Scratch_Offs/

For the game you can't find the tickets for, try calling or emailing the state lottery office and ask them where the nearest retailer is who has those tickets (they will know this because the lottery reps that visit the stores on a regular basis keep track of this - also, when packs or books are first used they are validated or activated by the terminal and this info is tracked by computer). It depends on the scratch of game as to whether or not to buy or play. Some scratch of games have lots of small high tear winning tickets. Some games who have $1000 top prize they might have twenty of these tickets floating around in your state. I prefer simple and quick, just one spot to scratch. Spare me the psychological tricks they build into the games, I just want a straight up or down result and the amount. The result is set once you buy the ticket, so the ability to play a game is misleading, unlike casino games where your play actually does determine the outcome.
