this actually been a great year in sceatch offs for me I won about 3000 dollars and spent about 1100 in lottery tickets between four states I usually do well with two dollar tickets opposed to the 10 anx twenty dollar tickets but I hope ne,t year bring much better luck and hopefully some good wins up here in pa and Delaware

What a good question. I only wish we had machines in Delaware because, some retailers are such jerks therefore, I 'd prefer to use machines for everything. I know that's sounds harsh but, I'm sure some of you out there can relate to what I'm saying. I think I'll write to the lottery headquarters.Again what a good question

Correction; I put Dover Slots. I had Dover Sept. Nascar race on my mine. Wanted to type Delaware Park Slots.

I chased through a bunch of tickets Monday but this ticket came through for me. I bought only 1 at a local gas station and won $100 with 5 $20 number matches. Then I went to Harris Teeter bought only 1 and hit this $500 win. I'm going to try playing a few Delaware tickets when I am out of town next week.

Yea, Delaware scratch-offs SUCK!!! They pay nothing, I don't live there anymore but I used to drive to Maryland to get scratch off tickets and other Lottery games such as Mutli-match as it pays TONS more than DE's game.

Where is the Hot Places in PA to buy Scratch offs if any!!
Guys I am so sick of losing my money in the collegeville,king of Prussia area. Is there anyone having any luck near Philadelphia with the new Holiday games. Thinking about driving over the Bridge to New Jersey and or Delaware and try their instant games. I love playing too much to quite. Please let me know...

My advice exactly. Losing all the time again. I think my good streak was lucky and the games have not changed one bit. Also played in Delaware a few days ago, looking to get out of PA. 5 $2 Jumbo Bucks produced $12. 2 different $5 tickets produced $10. A $10 ticket lost, but that outing wasn't bad. Are retailers allowed??
Here in Delaware I've noticed several retailers scratching lottery tickets while behind the counter. I can recall one incident where I had to wait to put my numbers in while the cashier was scratching a few tickets and another time I bought a couple of $10.00 tickets called Wild Tens and when I got home I noticed that someone had scratched the code number at the bottom of the tickets which means they had scanned them to see if they we're winners... needless to say they were not.
