Yeah I get what your saying but I still think it's disgusting as hell. Yeah it's legal because the state gets the profit and the state makes the laws. Here is the throwback photo from 2016. My last claimer was 2017, and the most I've hit since then has been $500 on a $25 or $30 ticket. I don't really play scratchoffs or lottery games much anymore. I might throw $20 - $50 a couple times a month. I still keep the people from this community in my thoughts, and hope to see you all win big claimers. I'm honestly very disgusted with a lot of the operational practices of the lottery that results in large numbers of unclaimed jackpot tickets. You all
