For the payday game, I bet the top prizes had a single money bag symbol because in theory it would be easier to spot. But I know many people don't realize you only need a single money bag to win the prize. I bet that at least one or two top prizes were thrown away by people who didn't read the rules.

CA $400 Million Money Mania ($30)
CA Lotto website claims three top prize $10M tickets still available. I went to 30 stores and ONE retailer had them. There is no way. Is CA really this shady compared to other states? Thanks.

Hi Speeddmon, in the FL Lotto press releases those big checks to go along with all those big smiles always show the wins in todays dollars....but that win amount is, in reality, spread over many years (usually 20).
