The green ball is a second chance drawing. It's a new promotion that MD is running from July 20th - August 16th. After every midday or evening draw, if a green ball is drawn; an extra pick 3 drawing will be pulled; so you have two chances of winning.

The play it again. If you have any scratch off tickets that arent winners you can go on the Tn website and enter them for a 2nd chance drawing held this week. How many tickets do you think are entered? I know a guy who goes around all the stores and picks up non winning tickets all the time he must have thousands of them. Does your state offer a second chance drawing on non winning tickets? Heck find them and enter them. Its nice to see a secaond chance drawing makes me not feel as guilty

Deal or NO Deal- Multi state entries
Hey folks! May I implore your help? Earlier this year certain states carried a second chance drawing for this scratch off Deal or No Deal . According to the rules , once the April/May drawing happened, they would retain the mailed in entries and then allow a multistate drawing from the states that carried the drawing. in tennessee they have a second chance drawing but you enter the scratch off ticket numbers online and then they instruct you to throw away the ticket yourself because the ticket has been confirmed. they have not announced a drawing date for the prizes.

75 winners chosen to go to the Kennedy Space Center by the random process of a second chance drawing. 4 of those 75 winners chosen to actually fly, but by what process? I would guess not random. They probably have to pass a mental and physical fitness test. I would love to see the fine print on that.

I'm with you on that. Every year the Louisiana Lottery offers a bunch of scratch offs that have a second chance drawing for a New Orleans Saints football prize package. Like you, that doesn't interest me either. Show me the cash!

Me too. I don't think as many people play the extra drawings. The second chance drawing winners were announced today or yesterday for November/December's promotion. I didn't win, but I tried.
