i like your poewrball changes, except for one thing. you mentioned incrasing payouts, but you did not mention increasing the starting jackpot.your idea of hot lotto is good, but for a 6/52 game, $2 million is not enough, taking into accound sales and the fact that 8 jurisdictions participate in it, not just one. maybe $5 million would be a better starting jackpot for it. i do like the idea of 2 plays for $1. maybe if you kept the jackpot at $2 million, but offered 3 plays for $1, like the old su

Here is what I would do to change the games that the MUSL offers.Powerball: Change the matrix to 5/55 and 1/50. Increase the starting jackpot to $20 million annuity.Hot Lotto: Change the matrix to 5/45 and 1/27. Increase the starting jackpot to $2 million annuity. Drawings would take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.Wild Card 2: Keep the 2 plays for $1. Change the matrix to 5/40 and 1/28 (8 through Ace of every suit, instead of just the Royal cards). Hi LottoYear, I have been playing the Weekly Grand since they killed Wild Card 2 a year ago. Great odds but bites at $2/ line. I do wish there were better games, and I would be thrilled if they could start a game like your Badger 5. I like the Washington State games like Hit 5 and Match 4. I hope to be moving back there one of these days.

I like Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Hate Sunday because I know the next drawing is a couple days off. My state doesn't have any good games, but I do play Wild Card 2 which is a small multistate game which makes Wed and Sat a little more fun. The JP is only around $200K and takes forever to get to a million, but you get two lines for a dollar so I think it's worth spending a dollar per draw.

By Todd Northrop Starting with the Wednesday night drawing, the multi-state Wild Card 2 lottery game will undergo some minor changes that will make the jackpots a little bigger, while making the game a little harder to win. That's what I was thinking GiGi, what get's me is the part We had even discussed a game enhancement for it but things just didn't materialize it looks like they were trying to enhance Wild Card 2. They probaly settle for the Hot Lotto in it's place we still need to add this game though.... Oh well maybe we will get a state lotto game soon...

That -IS- what I play! I never have cared much for the bigger games with the slim odds, such as Powerball and MegaMillions. For Idaho it's Wild Card 2 and Hot Lotto. I play Wild Card regularly, have been close many times, and I will continue to play it 'til I nail it. With a spread of 1 to 31, I feel like I actually have a chance, know what I mean. I like to pick my own numbers, do better that way.

Double play daily is like Cash 5, but with two draws a day. It has horrible payouts and odds though. In Wild Card 2, you choose 5 white balls and a WILD CARD from a deck of 16 face cards which is: a Jack, Queen, King or Ace then you have to choose a Club, Diamond, Heart or Spade. The prize starts at $100,000 and can go into the millions.

How Do You Pick Your Numbers?Reply
I don't really have one way of picking numbers, it just depends on the mood I'm in. Most times though, I tend to look at the past 5 to 10 drawings of the game to see what has and hasn't come out and just pick numbers from my a list of numbers I come up with. Every so often, I play numbers that I have gotten in my dreams. Other times, I just get a couple of quick picks. I do wheel numbers every now and then, but I usually only do that on the Wild Card 2 game we have.
