Correction: I don't think this is a second chance drawing. The rules do not say losing tickets and you do not have to hold on to the ticket to claim winnings. It looks like even winning tickets can be entered.

When playing Lotto, get each set of numbers on a single ticket (for $2 or $3 if you get the second draw option). If you play 5 number sets, get 5 individual tickets so each individual ticket can be entered into the Second Chance drawing.

I also see that the new Lotto tickets are eligible for entry into Florida Lottery's latest Second Chance Drawing. I don't recall draw games ever being accepted into second chance drawings, only scratch-offs...

I agree with the needed shift to online ticket purchasing options. Unfortunately the state assembly here has a Puritanical bent and will be hard pressed to sanction online gambling . They won't even allow for entering losing tickets online for the second chance drawing. Instead you have to buy postage stamps, fill out the back of the ticket(s) then fill out the envelope(s) and then find a mailbox to drop it all in because heaven forfend we embrace the heathenistic 20th century technology called

Congrats Lucki! I tried my luck today but it didn't work out as I hoped. I bought 3 $30 GRC, 3 $20 GRC, 2 $10k L4L and 1 $10 Holiday ticket. $200 total spent. The $10 Holiday ticket won $50, one $30 GRC won back $30 and one $20 GRC won back $20. So $100 back. I guess I have more entries into the second chance drawing...

Assuming she paid for all the tickets and had the average payback amount on the scratch tickets, she lost a lot of money in spite of winning the $1000 in the second chance drawing.

Need some info from a knowledgeable person. My brother in Ohio bought a 'Willy Wonka' scrathoff ticket and didn't win anything. But they have a potential $1B second chance drawing. He said they ask for a 9 digit number on the ticket and he can't find any 9 digit number anywhere on the ticket. Is it hidden? ? ? Covered over? ? ?
