The electronic version of one-arm bandits is coming to Oregon bars and restaurants this summer.Under prodding from Gov. Ted Kulongoski, the Oregon State Lottery Commission voted unanimously Wednesday to allow slot-machine-style games on the state's network of video-poker terminals.That means more than 2,200 bars and restaurants across Oregon could offer electronic slots as soon as July 1. Unfortunately when some people happen to win the lottery at the same time they applied some method or system, they attribute their win to the system rather than luck, and they spend all their resources and time trying to replicate the result. Thank you Cape. And yes, I agree that 2% is significant. So either I have just been having some bad luck or the lottery has pushed a good bit of the $500s to lower in the pack. But that wouldn't make sense. It's still +EV chasing the $500. I won $630 today. Not the greatest but still decent. First pack of the day was full pack and hit on ticket #028. Best win in a while. Second pack was on #027 when I arrived. It's not a machine I had ever seen chased before so I took a chance on it. #023 was $1
