As the article says, at the time she won the minimum age to buy an entry was 16. It has been increased to 18. Not sure how it works for minors gifted a ticket.. I think that they will be paid (because the rule is buying a ticket .)

Todd just posted that article that they are adding Monday drawings starting July 18th and they aren't adding more numbers or changing the price so that's nice. I can't seem to hit anything but one white ball at a time lately. But it's nice to see the jackpot grow.
