Arkansas lottery director up for review for first time
The director of the Arkansas Lottery, who oversaw its successful launch but has had a series of high-profile flubs, will receive his first employee evaluation Wednesday when the Arkansas Lottery Commission. Commission chairman Dianne Lamberth said the panel will go into executive session to discuss Ernie Passailaigue's performance, which has been highlighted by the scholarships given to students last fall but darkened by a critical audit and other problems. The commission met in closed ses

You are right Highly Favored, this whole system is rigged, there is no way trips haven't dropped in almost 4 months, certain pairs and numbers are way overdue, I notice she is dropping the trips in cash 4 and GA 5 to look like she did drop some trips and make it look good in the audit reports, certain digits are not dropping is ridiculous, I also notice those 9 also in night draw are over due.

Massachusetts father and son sentenced to prison for decade-long $20M lottery ticket scheme
Did he collect loser scratcher cards at the same time he bought winner scratcher cards? If so, he would have of had boxes full of loser scratcher cards to pass a tax audit.

Which is correct tinker you only pay taxes on any 1 single prize 5000 or more...I was taught that long ago thats why I play all my pick 4 tickets. 50 cents not a dollar..it is income but its not the threshold to file taxes..if you have a job and make less then 5000 for the year you don't have to file taxes at all but the part about claiming your losses is true you can claim as much as you lose but have proof if you give a crazy number and they audit you..

Gaming board tracks down Las Vegas tourist after slot machine failed to inform him of jackpot win
w-9 form. I hit in Atlantic City back in 2001 on my sisters bday. w2 is work , w9 is gaming. Atlantic city also stopped years ago with coins, they use a coupon ticket to cash out. that is actually smart to do. I guess when they audit machines they can track things. Look at where were all headed into. the future of payouts.

how to create neural networks to discover positional patterns in lottery?
Coursera.com offers a lot of online classes in these topics you are interested in, and you can take them for free if you select the audit option. If you just want to learn how to program neural networks, and you don't want a certificate of completion or have someone grade your homework and give you feedback, it's a good free option. Ultimately I think you are the only one who will ever be able to create this grand program you have in your head, so you must try to learn some of these skills.

Longtime Mass Lottery employee fired for allegedly cashing unsold winning scratch tickets
A longtime sales supervisor for the Massachusetts State Lottery was fired Tuesday after he was seen cashing winning instant tickets, a state official said, sparking fear that the lottery's supposedly strict security protocols may have been violated. David Cannistraro, a $100,000-a-year employee who had worked for the lottery since 2002, was first placed on paid administrative leave in June after another lottery employee saw him cashing tickets at a store on Cape Cod, said Chandra Allard, chie

I'm done for this month. It must be the year end audit time for NCEl. I have never seen anything like this. They remind me of the police at the end of the month like they have a quota to reach or something. Lol!

Canada lotteries changing biggest games to computerized drawings
Reading between the lines, and knowing what I know of a bureaucrat's thought process, I think what happened here is their ball machinery and/or balls were due to be replaced or repaired and they realized it would be much much cheaper to replace them with computers. They don't even have to be state-of-the-art computers for the lottery's purposes. As long as they are isolated from the network and internet and programmed with a PRNG that meets minimal standards, they are good to go. I'm sure many h
