the link you've provided sends people to thelotter, an online ticket service. Someone from a third party, who's not associated with the state lottery will buy the Powerball tickets for you. I've used thelotter in the past, they will even send you an e-mail with a picture of the ticket they purchased for you. Who are they? Unless I see an actual winner I don't trust the integrity of the game. My state does not allow you to remain anonymous so I will save my money. Level the playing field or deal with the complaints. Yeah some people never will get it, especially uninformed noobs.

That kind of arrogance is common among lottery people as recently noted with the Massachusetts lottery and their rundown scheme for their pick6 game. Player complaints weren't taken seriously until a news story about it threatened their ticket sales.
