Cashing out on Monday..
The real question is off shore gambling legal? I have never been sure. I play alot of online Poker etc, but have always wondered if I am legal. I know millions are doing it. I don't think any of us are winning enough to get the IRS' attention. They have bigger fish to Fry. Just keep your deposits under the Notification amount which I think is $5000 and you are good. The disclosure figure was $10,000 though, the last I knew. The only thing I am worried about, is it legal to gamble on line at thes

Legal Entity....lawyer
When the lottery officials say any legal entity can claim a jackpot prize, does this mean that a lawyer can claim it for you, too? In other words, will your lawyer have to sign the back of your ticket? From what I can gather on these websites, whomever signs the back of the ticket this is the name of the owner of that ticket. As well the name on the ticket could possibly be revealed to the public, should they seek it.Also, if you claim your ticket as a trust, do you write the name of the trus

Live in SC, Play in Ga, Move to Fl
Good question,I lived in N.Y. worked in Vt. My legal residence was N.Y. I paid Vt state taxes on weekly deductions. When I filed my taxes I had to file in Vt. and N.Y. both. For the sake of percentages it went like this. Vt tax 3% paid that in full to Vt. N.Y. tax 5% My tax in N.Y. I was allowed 3% deduction from 5% and paid N.Y. 2% in taxes being a legal resident of that state. Moving to Fla may not make a difference after winning as the date of the win may be considered the date of your legal

Winner of $1.5 billion Mega Millions jackpot has come forward
Yea its called figure of speech bro... When i say legal tricks that's like me saying racking my brain, or light as a feather
I don't mean hitting my head on a wall, causing brain damage or that whatever am talking about has the same total weight as a feather.
Likewise when I say legal tricks i 100% know it's legal and everything on the up and up. If it was not legal the state lottery would have never paid out. What they did was smart. Only none smart thing the 3 wealth managers

Cheated winner wants Texas Lottery to pay up
Instead of wasting time on the retailer guidelines you'd be better off finding out the difference between a legal agent and many other types of agents . Simply calling a retailer a sales agent or sales agency doesn't mean they are a legal agent. If you read the end of your quote it very plainly says that it means retailers are licensed to sell tickets. If the lottery intended to make retailers legal agents of the lottery it would be carefully spelled out, describing exactly what powers retailers

Creating a trust or LLC to claim lottery winnings
Some state lottery laws do not include entities under the definition of a person. -Artist77
The above is what confuses the living hell out the masses to no end. Legal entities........The min we start talking about them people lose force.
It works THE OTHER WAY in the state's favor even when it's allowed.
TN lottery deceptive behavior is a great example of this. They put on their website no one allowed to claim anonymously. It's a public record
Will always give out names, etc.

New Jersey Lottery celebrates 50-year anniversary
In 1969 NJ was the third state to make a lottery legal. In later years, the other states had similar measures passed in their legislatures and constitutions making their lotteries legal. They just haven't reached the 50-year mark that NJ has.

Trusting your lawyer with the winning ticket
A lot of politicians may be attorneys but they are not serving as legal counsel concurrently. Paralegals may provide limited support but they do not provide legal advice or opinions.
