He will give an account for that. You can fool the people but you can't fool god. When you try things happen. Getting an audit out of the blue, having to spend out more money than he gave his son. He might have fool the IRS not God.

N.Y. couple wins $162M lottery jackpot - but owes $1M
County officials say Richard and Mary Morrison owe $950,000 stemming from an audit of a homeless shelter they ran for 20 years. The audit showed the couple doled out bonuses to themselves, billed the county for benefits they later pocketed and bought big-screen televisions. An judgment against the couple was filed in 2008. They will have to pay because the judgement has already been rendered against them. They gave themselves bonuses, billed for services they did not deliver and used the m

Tax Question Offset Winnings/Losses
Yes, but only worry about all that reporting if the $1,000 was reported to the IRS. Also, in order to make the whole thing work (whether it is reported or not), you need to keep all your losing tickets. If you don't keep them, then you don't have proof that you lost the money if there is an audit.

Auditor rejects GOP plea to examine lottery
The state auditor rejected a request from a Senate Republican to audit the Massachusetts Lottery. Tisei says he's hearing contradictory messages about how much money is being taken in and how much can be raised. Money fro

Tennessee Lottery: confusion not being cleared up

Tennessee Lottery oversight committee to convene in November
(from the above ) The Tennessee Lottery is paying KPMG between $80,000 and $95,000 to perform an audit, said Kym Gerlock, lottery spokeswoman. Seems a bit strange to me! I know if I had a shakey company, I would want to hire and pay the firm doing the audit. The State of Tennessee is right on top of this mess! ez
